THE BAM GROUP REAL ESTATE TEAM MARKETING
The BAM Group is a real estate team located in Winnipeg, Manitoba. I work with them on a contract basis to develop and manage marketing initiatives, ensure consistent branding, and create a steady stream of quality content for social channels.
I manage The BAM Group’s instagram and social media channels, creating and designing consistent content. I develop blog posts, testimonials, infographics, and trend images for the feed, as well as posting about any new home listings.
I also create their listing packages for potential clients, with information on their process and track record laid out in a professionally designed, 40 page print out.
For certain homes, I also create editorial style feature sheets to promote the key selling points to potential buyers.
When a sale closes, we also welcome the buyer to their new home with a package to guide them through being a new homeowner. This includes tips about the neighbourhood, upkeep info, and how to maintain a home’s value over time.
The team hosts a summer party and a holiday party every year, which allows for a bit more freedom when it comes to signage and branding around each event.
We also produce a number of swag items such as custom notepads, stickers, and tote bags.
